Summit Fire Consulting Hires Mark Rivers

Summit Fire Consulting is pleased to announce the hiring of Mark Rivers, EIT. As a Fire Protection Consultant, Mark’s responsibilities include design and review services for fire sprinklers, standpipes, fire protection water supply, smoke management, structural fire protection, building and fire code consulting, and project management assistance. Mark brings with him 3+ years of experience in fire sprinkler design and project management as a fire protection subcontractor. His project experience includes multiple large-scale, high-rise projects in locations across the United States, including Florida and Las Vegas. Mark is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is certified as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in the State of Minnesota and is currently working towards acquiring his Professional Engineer (PE) license in fire protection engineering. He is an Associate Member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE). Mark brings a fresh approach that strengthens Summit Fire Consulting’s overall engineering and consulting capacity.
