Summit Fire Consulting Joins NAIOP

Summit Fire Consulting is pleased to announce a recent membership and enrollment in National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) organization. Daniel Picciano has joined NAIOP as a "Developing Leader" to represent Summit Fire Consulting. NAIOP is a Commercial Real Estate Development Association with a national presence that is intended for developers, owners and related professions in office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use real estate – as described on the NAIOP website. In addition to a strong national presence, an established local presence also exists through the State of Minnesota NAIOP Chapter. As a member of NAIOP Corporate, Summit Fire Consulting maintains membership status in the NAIOP Minnesota Chapter, as well. With membership status, Summit Fire Consulting will be better connected with the current trends and developments of the real estate and construction markets for industrial and office properties – on both the national and local level.
